Karl Ederer always cooks dependent on each individual ingredient in a European style.  

Skillful preparation preserves and boosts the natural favor of the ingredients used.
Sea salt, decadent spices, fresh seasonal herbs as well as high quality oils and vinegars are the favors of my kitchen.  

It amazes me how much I enjoy freestyle cooking. There are only a few chefs are able to invent a new dish every day, but it’s my personal challenge to make traditional meals in a modern way.  

Intelligent cooking means to me: Buying all of the ingredients myself that are available in a particular region and season and using these ingredients to prepare good healthy food.
