„good – excellent – unique“

The wine and the food need to harmonize. Our wine list has more than 500 different varieties.  

A good wine needs time and a gentle cuisine. An excellent wine can be easily combined with different meals. A unique wine works well with freestyle cooking. On my wine list you’ll find both excellent expensive and reasonably priced wine, but no trendy wines. I am always interested in the typical grapes of a region, its character and meeting the winegrower.  

The varieties of new German wines are marvelous, but also in addition the Wachau (Austria), Styria, Friuli and the Burgundy come from the best wine regions in the world. The European red wines are global leaders. France is and will always be my favorite wine country in the world.  

Personally I especially enjoy the Austrian ‘Gruner Veltliner’ and Red Burgundy. Our changing wine menu is a reflection of our food creations.
